Do you like hanging out at your local hardware store?  Are you interested in customer service?  Are you looking for a way to complete student volunteer hours? Join our ReStores that sell new and gently-used renovation and household materials.  Volunteers help prepare merchandise for resale, receive donations, and customer service.

One time orientations are scheduled before your first volunteer shift and lasts up to 15 minutes.  We suggest volunteering for 2 or 4 hour shifts. Please indicate if you would like to be volunteer on a regular weekly or biweekly basis.   Sign up online today.

Volunteers at the ReStore can expect to:

  • Be given an orientation
  • Have a complete understanding of volunteer expectations
  • Be given direct instructions on ReStore tasks and responsibilities by supervisor
  • Receive a lunch break if you are committed to a full day shift
  • Receive a “thank you” card to all first-time volunteers

What better way to learn the value of team building, co-operation and leadership than by working with your co-workers and peers volunteering! For more information, contact our Volunteer Coordinator.
